Webinar for Cinema Workers

UNESCO Cluster Office in Almaty is continuing a series of online webinars to build the capacity of cinema professionals in Central Asia. This initiative is organized in the framework of the "Strengthening Film Industries in Central Asia" project with the support of the government of the Republic of Korea. The webinars are open to interested cinema professionals from Central Asia, as well as representatives of concerned state bodies, research organisations, NGOs and civil society. Webinars are taking place in the online format.

Speaker: Ms Yoonhyung Jeon – experienced film/cultural policy professional working at the Internal Audit at Korean Film Council. She has a comprehensive knowledge of film sector from policy facilitation, through funding instruments, research, distribution, sales, exhibition, festivals and markets as well as film education. Ms Yoonhyung Jeon is MA graduate of the Creative Entrepreneurship

department of Goldsmith, University of London and worked at the Busan International Film Festival before joining the Korean Film Council.
The webinar will be held in the English language. Simultaneous interpretation to Russian language will be provided.
